1. Data controller

2. Data we process

• The name, email address, organisation or brand, enquiry type and message you enter in the contact form.
• When you send the form via WhatsApp, the phone number and profile name linked to your WhatsApp account.
• Technical logs kept by the hosting provider for security (such as IP address, browser and device details).
• Cookie-free visit statistics that do not identify you (such as page viewed, country and device type).

3. Purposes

• To answer your enquiry and get in touch with you.
• To evaluate demo, proposal and partnership requests.
• To keep the site secure and improve it through anonymous usage measurement.

4. Legal basis and method of collection

Your data is collected by automated means through the form, WhatsApp and the site infrastructure. It is processed on the grounds in Article 5 of the KVKK of being directly related to entering into a contract and of legitimate interest, and for transfers abroad on the explicit consent you give with the checkbox on the form.

5. Transfers

The form delivers your message via WhatsApp (Meta Platforms). The site is hosted on Vercel Inc. infrastructure. These providers may have servers outside Turkey. Beyond them, your data is not shared with third parties, sold or used for advertising.

6. Retention

Correspondence about your enquiry is kept for at most one year after the enquiry is closed, then deleted or anonymised. If a contract is concluded, the applicable statutory retention periods apply.

7. Cookies

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Visit statistics are collected without cookies. Video thumbnails on product pages load from YouTube servers; the video itself opens via the cookie-free youtube-nocookie.com only when you press play.

8. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information if it is.
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly.
• Know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom data is transferred.
• Ask for correction if data is incomplete or inaccurate, and deletion where the conditions are met.
• Object to an outcome against you that results solely from automated analysis.
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.

You can send requests about your rights through the contact form using the “General enquiry” option. We will answer free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
